     Guidelines for the Participants

   
  • All the participants are able to upload documents in to the web site by the time of online registration.
  • Ensure that the content of these documents are protected by intellectual property laws (free of plagiarism).
  • After the commencement of the E-conference, all the registered users will be able to view the uploaded documentary work of all the other users and share their ideas on them through scripting comments.
  • All registered participants are suggested to corporate to the Dialogue simultaneously activated throughout the conference period. Participants could share their own insights, ideas and interpretations based on the projects or research they have been carried out related to disaster resilience or could provide remarks of the experts using proper references to form a solid statement.
  • The conference could be utilized as a communication media to exchange future activities and action plans on disaster reduction.
  • Participants could request for the removal of a comment or a text they have posted.
  • Participants may consider the audience that they communicate with, thus should avoid the misuse of the web.
